Lambi beach is 4km northwest of Kos town and is more than one thousand meters long. Its modern-day name is New Alikarnassos and the area has experienced a lot of development with many hotels available if you wish to stay there. Its morphology is flat therefore making it ideal for cyclists or skaters since the path along the coast reaches Tigaki village. Lambi is ideal for those looking for a quiet beach to spend their day.Access to the beach is very easy by bus which runs frequently, by car, taxi, motorbike, bicycle even roller skates if you are a fan.

Therma beach is located 8km after Psalidi area and about 10km from Kos town. Therma is exceptional, due to the hot water (that’s where the name came from) coming from the mountain which is beneficial for visitors. The hot springs are a real treasure containing elements such as Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur and Chlorine ideal treatments for rheumatism, arthritis and any gynecological related issues.The beach and its hot springs were discovered in 1934 by the Italian archaeologist Laourentsi. Therma is a nice beach placed between large rocks and hidden from the rest of the world, but attracts many people not only during the summer but also in winter because of the hot water. Access to the beach: via bus, which runs daily to the area, by car, by taxi, motorbike and bicycle.
Paradise Beach is one of the most famous beaches on Kos Island, located around 7 km just before reaching Kefalos Village. It truly is a paradise beach (that’s how the beach earned its name in the first place) with fine white sand and crystal clear waters. It is extremely well organized, with sunbeds, umbrellas, water sports and restaurants with fresh fish, Greek and international cuisine. There is no chance of not visiting this beach when coming to the island. Even the locals, the first chance they get they’re off to Paradise Beach. Access to the beach is easy enough (33km from Kos town) by bus, by car, taxi and motorbike.
Psalidi beach is only a short distance from Kos town (about 3.5 km) and it is one of the most popular beaches. It has many hotels and rooms to let most of which are located near the beach. It also has many fish taverns and restaurants with Greek and international cuisine. Most of the beaches have sun beds, umbrellas and well organized water sport centers available. Psalidi beach is ideal for surfing due to its location and in the summer almost on a daily basis you can see big groups of surfers.In Psalidi you can also find Agios Fokas beach, an extremely well organized beach famous for its blue waters and beautiful view. Here you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Access to the beach is very easy by bus which runs frequently, by car, taxi, motorbike and bicycle.
Limnionas is a small bay located around 5 km north of Kefalos village. A quiet and deserted beach, nevertheless a welcoming haven for small fishing and tourist boats in case of bad weather. In Limnionas you’ll most certainly find fresh fish and enjoy the sun and the sea, away from any noise. Access to the beach is easy by car, taxi and motorbike.
