Chicken Pie

kotopitaIngredients:
500 gr pastry puff
1 chicken
2 onions
2 garlic gloves
2 tablespoons of flour
3 ½ cups of chicken breast
150 gr of cheese grated (kefalotyri)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of butter
1 ½ cup of milk
4 bacon slices - chopped
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onions, bacon, garlic and add the flour and slowly mix in medium heat. Slowly add the milk until it sets. Take off from heat and let it cool. Then add the chicken, cheese and eggs. In a buttered pan place a sheet of pastry and in the centre place the filling. On top place another sheet of pastry and spread butter. Bake for 1 hour.
