Pork Fried “Tigania”

kommatakia-tiganiaIngredients:
1 kilo of pork meat
2 onions
2 tablespoons of oil  
Salt, cumin
Lemon
Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and place in a deep pan. Add some water and cook until the water is absorbed. Then add the oil and sauté the meat. Add the onions (chopped) and sauté. Add the salt and when serving add the lemon and cumin.
