Ingredients:
1 kilo of pork
2 garlic cloves
½ kilo of tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 cup of wine
Salt, pepper
Cumin
Preparation:
Sauté the garlic in some oil. Add the tomatoes and let them boil a little. Add the wine salt, pepper and cumin and the meat chopped in small pieces. Then braise.
