Bulgur with Tomato

Ingredients:
½ kilo tomatoes grated
1 glass of bulgur
1 cup of olive oil
2 glasses of water
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pot and then add the tomato. Boil for 30 minutes. Then add two glasses of water, the bulgur (having washed it first), season with salt and pepper. Boil for 15 minutes.
