Ingredients:
2-3 courgettes
1 large onion
1 egg
flour
Salt, pepper
Mint
cooking oil (for frying)
Preparation:
Grate the courgettes and salt, leave them for 1 hour. Then mix the courgettes, the onion (also grated), the mint, egg, salt and pepper. Add flour enough to make thick batter. Heat the oil and cook scooping with a spoon and turning the heat down slowly.
