Ingredients (for the pastry):
1 glass of butter (buttermilk)
1 glass of oil
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
flour (enough as it needs)
Ingredients (for the stuffing):
1 kilo of minced meat
½ cup of oil
Salt, cinnamon, pepper
Grated cheese
Preparation:
Prepare the dough. Cook the minced meat with oil, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Knead the dough, make round pieces and spread cheese and mince meat forming small round pies. Cook in oil in very high heat. As soon as you remove them from frying sprinkle cheese on top.
